In April 2021, real estate on the Sunshine Coast continues to be in high demand with low inventory resulting in another month of a seller’s market. Currently, home buyers are looking for their perfect property with more indoor and outdoor space since the beginning of the pandemic over a year ago. This has resulted in an increase in demand for housing outside the Vancouver area in communities such as Roberts Creek, Gibsons, and other suburban areas.
